4. Digital Products, Courses, Memberships, and Programs

Divine Luxury™ reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any digital product, course, membership, lesson, bonus, feature, or offering at any time in the ordinary course of business.

5. Private Coaching

Private coaching is application-based. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Divine Luxury™ reserves the right to accept or decline coaching applicants at its sole discretion.

Private coaching may require completion of stated prerequisites before acceptance, including but not limited to completion of specific books, courses, or programs.

Private coaching may also be governed by a separate written coaching agreement. If a separate coaching agreement applies, that agreement will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Retreats and Live Events

From time to time, Divine Luxury™ may offer retreats, in-person events, workshops, intensives, or live experiences.

Any retreat or live event purchase may be subject to additional terms stated on the applicable sales page, registration page, checkout page, confirmation email, event page, or separate written agreement. Those specific terms may include details regarding deposits, payment plans, cancellations, transfers, attendance requirements, conduct expectations, what is included, what is not included, travel, lodging, meals, force majeure, and event changes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, participants are responsible for their own transportation, travel arrangements, travel insurance, visas, passports, personal expenses, and any other costs not specifically identified as included.

Divine Luxury™ reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, instructors, locations, accommodations, or inclusions when reasonably necessary. If a separate retreat agreement or event-specific terms apply, those terms will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Educational Purpose Only

All content, products, courses, memberships, coaching, retreats, and materials provided through Divine Luxury™ are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this website or in any Divine Luxury™ offering is intended to be medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, tax, or financial advice.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Divine Luxury™ makes no guarantees regarding any specific emotional, spiritual, personal, relational, business, or financial outcome from the use of this website or participation in any product, course, membership, coaching, retreat, or related offering.

Results vary by individual and depend on many factors beyond the control of Divine Luxury™.

10. Payments

By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Divine Luxury™ does not directly store full payment card information.

If a payment plan is offered for a course, membership, program, coaching service, retreat, or live event, you agree to complete all remaining scheduled payments according to the agreed payment terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

Digital products, courses, memberships, and online programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, or product description.

Private coaching services are governed by the refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms stated in the separate coaching agreement signed prior to payment.

Retreats, live events, and in-person experiences are governed by the cancellation, refund, transfer, and payment terms stated on the applicable event sales page, registration page, checkout page, confirmation materials, or separate written agreement.

If specific refund, cancellation, transfer, or payment terms are stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, confirmation page, or signed agreement for a particular offer, those terms will control.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Divine Luxury™, you agree to contact us first at itsdivineluxury@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated in bad faith, Divine Luxury™ reserves the right to revoke access to any digital products, courses, memberships, downloads, retreat materials, or services connected to the disputed purchase.

13. Account Suspension or Termination
